Overview

Generic PC cases rely on rigid templates that don't account for real-world GPU clearance or custom liquid-cooling runs. Tailored to your PC components requirements inside the case, we use Plasticity, Fusion 360, FreeCAD, and/or Blender to design custom chassis with guaranteed tolerances.

• Concept & Hard-Surface Styling in Plasticity: Rapid iteration of sleek outer shell aesthetics, chamfers, ventilation patterns, and custom faceplates using CAD-grade NURBS curves.
• Precision Sheet Metal in Fusion 360 & FreeCAD: Translating outer shell concepts into manufacturable sheet metal layouts with accurate bend radii, K-factors, and flat-pattern DXF exports for laser cutting.
• Pre-Visualization in Blender: High-fidelity 3D renders showing lighting, panel textures, and internal hardware placement before sending designs to fabrication.
